that this award program will be administered with
integrity and honesty. I will personally visit each
site that applies for one of the awards I offer.
I/We will assist in maintaining integrity in
Web-based award programs.
I/We will maintain a professional and non-biased
approach when reviewing each site and when
corresponding with the webmaster/mistress who
applies for one of my awards.
I/We will not spam or send unsolicited email to
my applicants or winners.
No site will be denied a review based on race,
ethnicity, country of origin, political , religious or
social views. [Exception are sites that meet
disqualification criteria.]
All applications will be judged using the same
criteria as stated on this site.
All sites will be judged on merit. No special
allowances will be made for non-professional
designers.

conduct as set forth in "Nettiquette - The code of
